Not healthy in any way (unless maybe you make it with whole wheat pasta), but delish. From the back of a bag of Miceli's shredded mozzarella.
24 oz fettucine
6 Tbs butter
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz shredded mozzarella
4 oz shredded cheddar
4 oz grated parmesan
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in boiling water. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in saucepan, add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Simmer 6 minutes. Stir in cheeses, half the Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Stir until cheeses melt. Drain pasta, pour cheese sauce over, toss to coat well and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
