Good news for fans of NBC's "The Office": "The Office" Working Overtime . Dwight and Angela's budding relationship is killing me. And Michael? "Oh, I have the perfect screenname! LittleKidLover." My sister watches it, too; she said that to her sometimes it's almost physically painful to see some of the things that Michael does. But it's oh-so funny!

Looky here! Wicked is coming to Playhouse Square in Cleveland. I've never even read the novel, but friends who know of my extreme fondness for the Wizard of Oz (my entire dorm room was decorated with WoO in college) have been e-mailing me to tell me I should go see it. It's coming in the summer, so maybe, just maybe, it would be a nice birthday/anniversary gift?

Taylor Hicks: again, what's with the song choice? I like him enough that I could listen to him sing the yellow pages and I'd still enjoy it, but I'm starting to think that he needs to go online and check out some of the song suggestions fans are making. His current fans might have liked it, but I don’t know if he made any new fans with it.

Elliott: I really, really enjoyed his Stevie Wonder thing. The melody in that song totally jumps around, it's one of those pieces where you have to think hard about where the next note is, but he made it look like he was doing it without even having to think about it (and maybe he doesn't have to think, maybe it just comes naturally to him). Snaps to Elliott!

Ace: Wasn’t thrilled with that. It sounded very nasally to me in places, and sometimes he seemed to be searching a bit for the pitch. I liked last week’s performance lots better. I know that it’s practically tradition for everyone to boo Simon when he says something critical, but there are a lot of times when I agree with him, and I agreed with him on this one when he said that he thought Ace struggled.

Gideon: Boy, that reminded me of my dad, who was a Sam Cooke fan. I like that genre of music, and I liked Gideon’s performance. I actually would have liked to have seen Taylor perform that one.

Kevin: I don’t know quite what to say. It almost seems like he should be on Star Search or something, if that makes sense. I kept thinking that it sounded like his microphone wasn’t turned up, but maybe it was that his voice is on the thin side and didn’t have the power behind it to project.

Sway: Ehhh. Not impressed.

Will: Is he total Boy Next Door or what? I dislike the song (even when Kenny Rogers sings it), and it seemed a little old for him. I don’t know.

Bucky: I did think it was a good song choice for him. I didn’t see him perform last week, was it another country song?

David: I like his style, but it was on the boring side for me. Ginger liked it, though.

Chris: I think they did save the best for last this week. His performance was amazing. I’d buy that as a single.

Get Barney's (from How I Met Your Mother) take on the Winter Olympics. I'm having post-Olympic let-down, but this gave me a chuckle.

So, what's this morning's verdict on last night's Grey's? As much as the whole Mer/George thing grosses me out (that sex scene, ugh!), I liked the episode. Two of the actors I think I've seen before (the worrying father of the kid with the head injury, and the woman who left her fiance), and it's bugging me that I can't recall where, so I'm off to look them up.

Just in case anyone was peering through my living room window just now, I was not crying when the Swedish women's team won the gold in curling. Nope.

So Taylor Hicks' song choice last night wasn't my favorite, but I liked it nonetheless. I was thinking later that if I could pick a song for him to perform, it might be "Bye Bye Blackbird" a la Joe Cocker on the Sleepless in Seattle soundtrack (for some reason that song never fails to make me cry). Also James Taylor's "Steamroller"; I would looove to hear him say, "I'm a steamroller for your love, baby/I'd like nothing better than to roll all over you . . .". Other Hicks fans: if you could choose, what song would you like to hear him sing?

Totally random tv-related thoughts:

Sayid is hot. I have a hard time deciding who to look at: him, Sawyer, Locke or Jack. Too much manly goodness in one place!

Am I the only Project Runway-watcher who dislikes Santino but thinks that his Tim Gunn impersonations are hysterically funny? "Andre! What happened to Andre?"

Watching Supernatural and reading the latest James Patterson book (Mary, Mary) is probably not the path to better sleep. On the other hand, Jared Padalecki + Jensen Ackles = sweet dreams?

I couldn't believe that the usually ultra-chatty Dick Button kept his mouth shut during the entire performance by the medal-winning U.S. ice dancing team last night.

How long has it been since we've had a new Alias? Two months?

I totally forgot that House was going to be on last night instead of tonight and I missed it.

I didn't think I was going to like Mandy Moore on Scrubs, but she was actually pretty good.

I really like Emerald Nut commercials. I should try thinking up some ideas of my own . . .
